Vi ska renovera badrum i en tillbyggnad som har satt sig (två våningar, plintar-krypgrund,90-tal). Hur säkerställa att inte husdelen sätter sig ytterligare och kaklet spricker på nytt? Fått offert på pålning a 150 000 (lerbotten – uppskattat 7 m till fast mark). Värt invänta bättre alternativ?

Jag tycker att 150 000 kr för pålning låter som ett bra pris. Rekommenderar att du går på det. Men jag kan givetvis inte ansvara för denna firmas utförande. Vet ej något om vilket företag du tänker anlita.
